I believe that as long as the Federal Government is heavily involved with education, the cost will continue to rise and the quality of education will decrease.
I side on Romney on this one because the federal government can't stop the rise of tuition. Plus it's useless to throw money around and Romney has the right idea of redirecting money to help the impoverished and disabled.
This is a tough issue and both sides have good opinions, however the Federal Government cannot completely crack down on tuition costs because that would be over stepping their bounds.
